"GCO is committed to excellence. All of our dealings with our clients and all of our business practices stem from this core value. Our continuous delivery of this distinguishes us from our competitors.
Central to our commitment to excellence is how at GCO we treat our clients. We focus on providing leadership and top-notch meetings management advice, whilst demonstrating respect, commitment and passion. We draw upon the skills and expertise of our creative and talented people to provide value, assurance and effective communication in all of our dealings with our clients. The result has been outstanding. The relationships and collaborations that we have fostered around the world have matured in to strong client loyalty and a supremely-high client retention rate.
We are respectful of the trust placed in us and we aspire to exceed expectations in fulfilling the needs of our clients and in delivering very high return-on-investment rates. We recognise that we can bring the greatest level of success when we are involved in the pre-planning phase and can actively contribute to the meeting strategy, objectives and deliverables. GCO’s consultancy prowess can pay real dividends to our clients. Through a high-quality assessment with our clients of their meeting’s strategic purpose, we develop and implement a customised approach and bespoke techniques to not only deliver a successful meeting but also to contribute to the attainment of our clients’ high-level goals.
Beyond satisfying our clients, we look to benefit the local communities in which we operate. Where and when appropriate, we engage with local communities through a range of initiatives and programmes. These are designed in such a way that GCO and the meetings which we organise will leave a positive legacy, examples include: skills transfer (through the hiring and training of temporary local staff), feedback (donating unused food to homeless charities), waste minimalisation (through the use of green practices)."
