GCO’s greatest asset is its employee profile.
We maintain an exemplary workforce with our internal staff development policy. We define the necessary core skills for each employee in their respective role and execute a dynamic career development programme to actualise our objectives.
We engaged an external assessor, GITP International, who conducted an individual selection appraisal of all employees, to evaluate and set an internal first-rate standard of competency.
With all operational staff educated to graduate level, fluent in a minimum of three languages and tutored and widely experienced in the industry we will meet your project with unmatched strength.
