For years now, GCO has worked together with Ten Holter Advocaten, a medium-sized firm of solicitors established in the Netherlands, which currently employs 20 solicitors.
Complex issues and contracts are not only tested against Dutch legislation, but also against the legislation of the country where the client has its registered office and the legislation of the country where the congress will take place. This is made possible by the fact that Ten Holter is part of Mackrell International, a partnership of solicitors from all over the world.
GCO has taken out extensive third-party liability insurance, which is not restricted to bodily injury, but also covers pure financial loss. It is important to know that the insurance has world-wide cover, i.e. including the USA and Canada. In most insurance contracts, these countries are excluded.
