"Even with an international track record in Human Resources, I found it challenging to contribute to the process of professionalisation within GCO, specifically regarding the Human Factor. HR processes and peoples' competency should be aligned with the overall GCO-strategy. The evaluation and permanent development of peoples' skills is one of the key issues discussed within the Advisory Board. As far as I am concerned, these issues are indeed a top priority at managerial level. I therefore think that the organisation is well prepared for the next stage(s) in its growth."
