In addition to being a full service (PCO) Professional Congress Organiser, GCO is a (PEO) Professional Exhibition Organiser. Shaping the perfect end-result, GCO undertakes the following steps to exceed client’s expectations before, during and after the exhibition.


Our services include and are not limited to procuring venue space, applying necessary negotiation, seeking approval of the regulatory authorities, creating a floor plan and allocating stands in accordance with technical supervisory authorities considering fire, electrics and health and safety.

Once the floor layout is approved we create and issue a sponsorship prospectus, carry out extensive research, sell the exhibition spaces and provide technical exhibition manual to exhibitors. GCO Consultancy Service specialises in boosting exhibitor sales, venue procurement, service liaison duties and managing important considerations like competitor avoidance and promotion.
